I think that when people order from a restaurant, they want the same food that they had last time, especially if they order the same dish. Mings has the most consistent quality of any restaurant I know. The food is always great and always cooked the way you like it. Their ribs are especially delicious and the fried rice has no peas (which I hate). I have been ordering from Mings for at least 15 years, and I still order from them at least 3 times a month because I just love the food. Yesterday I went in here and placed an order for fried wontons and a roast pork egg roll. While waiting for my food to cook I observed the employee preparing the food walk toward the back of the kitchen (but still in a very visible area) and blow his nose then return to the front and package up my food without washing his hands. I do not like to write poor reviews but that was so disgusting I figured the public has a right to know so that it does not happen to anyone else. Needless to say I will not be ordering food here again...

Of all the items I have ordered, I have not been disappointed in one. I especially like the pork egg foo young mainly because of the gravy that is used.

Update: Just ordered House Special Wonton Soup as I have Many times before -- No vegetables, 1 piece of meat, no shrimp, just wontons. I specifically said to the young man I wanted the "House Special Wonton Soup" three times and he spoke english. I guess I got the regular wonton soup and PAID for the House...
