So to start the lady on the phone 3/22 around 445-5oclock is a professional at putting people on hold.. Instead of listening and answering the simple AND REASONABLE questions she put me on hold right in the middle of talking(rude).. That’s a great customer service trait👍🏼I ordered a cheese and pepperoni calzone with no ricotta!(BTW YA PUT RICOTTA IN IT!!) with an extra sauce no drinks nothing else to get delivered 1.5 miles and charged 20.02! Take a look at the most recent menu they have on their Facebook(attached) a calzone with a filler maybe would be $11 and a sauce would make it $12, so 20.02 basically double that to me didn’t make sense. Then their driver expects a tip. The response to me on the phone was they don’t pay the workers so that’s why they charge varying different delivery fees(one delivery could be a $3 fee one delivery could be $5 or $6). Also there is no heads up about these extra charges!!! They also charged me $3 for that small extra sauce container the size of my thumb which they confirmed on the phone but on the menu says $1🤔Nothing about the delivery fees are shown on menu and they won’t tell you either! 🤫 and don’t ask any questions or you’ll just abruptly be put on hold. There won’t be a next time for me.
