Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Greece

The woman at cash register was her usual unfriendly self. And this is totally ridiculous. I asked her if there was some special on Mondays. She didnt say you needed to b a rewards member but did say 13 bagels for 9.99. I told her what i wanted. Then she asked for my phone number. Then she told me I wasnt a rewards member. Asked for a different phone number and while i was looking it up she rang me up for over 13 dollars! I started to give her the phone number of the sister i was picking these up for and she told me it was too late. I asked if she couldnt just cancel out the order she said no. The last time i was there I was again picking up an order for the sister and because of the stupid thing that you have to go to register without looking at what is in the bins. I told her i wanted 3 of two different kinds and she yelled to the employees that and she rang me up for 6 bagels. They didnt have the kind i wanted so i said i only wanted the three. Again she couldnt void that out and told me i had to.pivk something out. I like never do these kind of ratings but she is so nasty i am. Also when shes there the other employees make the atmosphere awful because they arent happy...

I have been going here since they first opened. Got here at moon on a Sunday. About 8 people ahead of me in line. What a total fail and disappointment. Stood there for 15 minutes. There was still 4 people ahead of me. At the time they had 3 plain bagels left - that was all - absolutely nothing else. There wasn't anything left but plain when I got in line. Not a single fresh bagel cane out from the back while I was was there. I left at that point - there was going to be absolutely nothing left by the time I got to the counter, and there were still no fresh ones anywhere near ready. This isn't the first bad experience I've had at this store, but it was by far the worst. Still open for another 2 hours and not a single bagel to be had? If they want to stay in business, they better find some management with at least some talent. The help was tripping over each other behind the counter, yet no one could bother to have any stock made to sell? No one could have seen this as they were running out? Just totally unacceptable. Best advice is to avoid this place - I'll never waste any more of my time...

Headed in here today as my normal Bagel Spot was closed for the holidays. It's been a while since I've been to this Bruegger's location and really any Bruegger's location. I do find it a little odd that they all have transitions to take out only as I think this would take a toll on sales as I believe a majority of their revenue would be coming from people who come in to dine. A lot of those places were usually packed and I'm sure those people spend more as they were sitting there. But now to just be take out only and to probably cut your profits in half seems a little strange. Covid definitely took a toll on everybody and it's unfortunate. The bagels were okay they did not have all the flavors that I had noticed online but that's not a deal breaker. I do wish they offered a cream cheese that was whipped. But all in all if you're looking for a quick bagel and you're in the area it's worth...
