I just received the two smallest, worst quality, Subway subs I have had, and I've been coming to this and many other local locations for 20 years. I understand we're in the middle of a pandemic, and I understand that some ingredients might not currently be available, this isn't about that. If you are open for business, AND YOUR PRICES HAVE INCREASED, the LEAST you can do is not DECREASE the quality of your product. There is only currently 2 bread options, again I get it, pandemic. But the bread was INCORRECT. Out of 2 options, the employee who should be proud to still have a job to go to, failed to provide the correct choice in bread. The Italian bread they made my subs out of (wrong one), appeared to not have been proofed. It was basically a flat, dense flaccid looking, definitely less than 12" sub roll. There was about 1/2 the usual quantity of meat, both of them, different options on each sub (Steak and Chicken). I got a few strings of onion on each sub, and one had cucumbers when asked for green peppers. This all cost me $31 ($20 for subs, $11 Grubhub delivery). This was the saddest display of a Subway sandwich I've ever received at the highest cost I've ever paid them. Again, I get it, limited resources, hours and a change in the way we live our lives. But just keep the doors closed if you guys don't care about product consistency or your image. No one is going to pay you more for less, it's not going to continue and you might as well call it quits here. They will pay you more for the SAME quality you've always offered, because we understand times and changed as has the value...
Read moreNever had a bad experience until now with this location. I placed a mobile order for 2 subs yesterday before leaving work. On my way home, I was involved in a car accident (someone hit me and damaged the front driver side bumper pretty bad). I had to obviously deal with getting the police report, then starting a claim with the insurance, and processing it all. Subway called regarding the order that night and I told them I was in accident, that we may pick it up or they could have it for themselves. Shawn said they would have it in a cooler for whenever. Great. Called today since I still couldn’t drive to get it, asking for a refund which was like $10.00, since I did a BOGO coupon. Spoke to Shawn again and he said the register was closed out so he can’t give me cash but offered a gift card. He gave me a snarky comment saying “well yesterday you said don’t worry about it, we have the subs in the cooler still for you”. But had a really bad attitude about it , forgetting the fact I had to deal with a pretty bad car accident and still figuring it all out. I feel that the most appropriate response would have been “yes our registers closed down for the day yesterday but I can issue you a gift card in place of cash” . He instead pretty much blamed me for it and seemed really agitated I wanted at least a gift card and said I can pick it up whenever. There was so customer satisfaction or politeness, just rudeness. Just because of that I won’t go back to this location!...
Read moreAbsolutely lost my business. I will never go here again. My mother and I came here to get two foot long subs. There is a promotion going on for $6.99 for a footlong. When she ordered the subs and went to pay she was told her total was $21. When she asked about the promotion the young man said to get that promotion it had to be placed online, which isn't advertised anywhere. She didn't argue or yes, she just told them she no longer wanted the subs. The young lady behind the counter asked her "you no longer want them?" When my mom said no, the young lady said "ok, you can leave. We do not want your business. Do not ever come back." This is absolutely unacceptable. You do not speak to customers like that especially when there is confusion over a promotion. She just cost this location business because not only do we order personally from this location but my office orders a lot from here when we...
