Gianfranco Deli Mini Market — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

I am a college employee who frequents the deli because the food is ok, & it’s pretty close. August 3, 2022 at about 12:10pm I was waiting on line to order, a Hispanic woman plays dumb & gets on line, but adjacent to me. I ask the 2guys ahead of me if they ordered they say no & I say thx, I am behind you. The guys leave & the Hispanic woman jumps in front so I corrected her & told her that I am next. I go to the counter & the store clerk ignores me & asks the woman in Spanish que puedo conseguirte. I said aloud Oyé, que lo que. I am ignored again by the employee, so I walk out & call the store manager via cell. The guy doesn’t even apologize & says that he will take care of this. Nothing more than that from him. I'm always charged a different price, and the prices don't match the menu. Is this intentional? Sometimes they put balsamic on the sandwich, sometimes they don't. I hate balsamic and don't think it's worth taking the chance on if the deli attendant feels like putting it on. More often than not when I buy bread I get a mangled roll. The last roll I got was son mangled I couldn't cut it properly to make a sandwich. Waste of money, no quality control

The breakfast sandwiches were terrible and way overpriced. I ordered 5 sandwiches last weekend and the girl charged $6.75 per sandwich. After tax I payed over $35 for 5 sandwiches and one of them was just an egg and cheese without the bacon. The eggs were way over cooked and the sandwiches tasted horrible. I looked on the website and it says they cost $5.75 so maybe they charged an extra dollar for substituting a bagel for a roll?
