Planet Wings — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

Recently Planet Wings White Plains transitioned ownership, and honestly, whoever took over this business either doesn’t know what they’re doing or are intentionally running into the ground. Before the transition, my wings were always fresh, I’ve gotten wings that must’ve say out all dang night. And I never had trouble communicating with the people taking my order. Since this transition my orders are frequently messed up. I order spicy wings with Blue Cheese and I get Ranch. I order regular fries and I get curly. Not too bad, tolerable, but was never a problem before. I’ve ordered and paid via credit card, or at least I thought and the driver arrives and he’s asking for cash??? I don’t know if the phone there is in bad shape but i find myself repeating orders and addresses And card numbers and phone numbers etc. more than three times. Honestly I was patient because I get it, sometimes you “just didn’t catch that last bit”. I ordered recently and together we repeated my order address and phone number. I ask the price she gives it and I mutter about how expensive things have gotten, of course in a friendly tone referencing everything like gas, and the Person on the phone says, “OK THANKS! GIVE US 30-40 minutes”. Cool. An hour passes. I call back, “hey this is so and so from such and such, just checking on my order. The same lady on the phone is like “oh we didn’t process your order because you said you weren’t sure if you were going to pay cash or card”……. OMG. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I asked her how this happened and began repeating HER last sentence before hanging up and she goes “we’re processing your order now”. I go ma’am are you serious? She goes “you wan it or not?”….. I really loved PW and spent a lot of money there. I’m good. Bring back the previous owners. You...

Walking into this chicken joint was an easy task deciding what to write, not so much. The first thing you notice at this place is the massive menu they have. My eyes found themselves in a maze of dishes that at one point got really confusing. I did not know if I was in a wing place or a diner. 🙄 After I ordered my food I find myself waiting for about 20 minutes, not a long wait in my opinion but what I am about to tell you next as a costumer was nightmare. This guy, which seems to me to be the owner, parks his Audi walks into the bathroom comes out (God only knows if hi washed his hands and then walks in the kitchen. After a few minutes he comes out with a piece of chicken, which he clearly grabbed with his beared hands. 😫 After the waiting, I got the food which was cold. Cold chicken is not my favorite. I’ve been a customer at the white plains locations since the restaurant opened!! Tonight I placed an online order and when I receipt the full order wasn’t there. I contacted the restaurant just in case maybe something was left out by accident the cashier who answered the phone was extremely nasty telling me she put everything in the bag. I told her I was On my way so she can see what u received in my bags. Upon arrival the young lady was extremely rude rolling her eyes asking what would I like for her to do. The cook was nice enough to replace what was missing. As per the cashier she just threw my items in the bag and continue to be nasty.
