Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Town of Guilderland

Ordered online and my boyfriend went to pick it up. He was greeted with horrible service. Only one worker working and he was refusing to complete the online order and only helping walk in customers. My boyfriend waited patiently and went to go wait in line. Customers told the worker they were okay to wait so the worker could make our order but the worker told the customers it was okay my boyfriend could wait. When it was finally my boyfriends turn in line he was greeted with attitude and the worker questioning if he was ordering more stuff, when he replied “no I waited in line for my order” the worker gave him a snarky comment and said “oh you think you’re so smart don’t you.” EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. We will not be returning based on employee behavior. As someone who works in the service industry I would NEVER treat customers this way. First and only Baskin Robbin’s in the area. Im originally from NYC and have always loved Baskin Robbin’s icecream. When I moved upstate it’s one of the many businesses I missed. You can imagine how happy I was when I discovered that we now have one in the capital region. If you haven’t experienced Baskin Robbin’s yet I highly recommend you do. The owner and staff are the best. Very personable and great people. The place is very clean and inviting. The icecream is amazing. Absolutely wonderful experience here! Owner of this establishment exemplifies customer service at the highest level. Had to drive an hour to this location from where I live and was absolutely worth it. Was nervous about the cake possibly melting and the owner went above and beyond making sure it was safe to travel and even helped me pack it into my cooler I brought with ice. Even called me a few hours later just to check and see how the cake held up in transit! Just absolutely amazing experience here. Could not recommend them enough! Also the product was fantastic.
