Adobo Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

We were starving and was driving by and decided to stop. Upon arrival we saw a line inside so we automatically assumed we made a great choice and were we right. The food area was clean. The staff were extremely friendly and patient. I needed a few minutes to decide on what to get. I got a quesadilla with cheese, lettuce, onions, honey chipotle chicken, corn. It was melted to perfection and crispy. It was flavorful I got a side of chipotle sauce but wasn’t needed. My friend got a bowl with Mexican rice, corn, white sauce, chipotle chicken and grilled chicken with Mexican cheese and black beans. He said it was great.
