Conviction Chicken — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

The service is terrible. After a Seamless/Grubhub driver showed up and left without my food I called Conviction Chicken to find out what happened. Without asking me for my name, order number, what I ordered or delivery address I was told it was probably delayed because I ordered sushi. Sushi!!!

When I said I didn’t order sushi I was told they would check w the kitchen to see what was going on. Before I could say “don’t you need to know what I ordered” they hung up!

2 more drivers came and went without my order. Delivery time was pushed back 3 times for a total of 2 hours.

Luckily my last driver was thoughtful enough to text me to tell me to cancel my order. She was told it was already picked up. And she said no one knew what they were talking about nor did they care.

An extremely poor experience. Ruined dinner for me...
