El Nopal — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Terrible service. Will never buy from here again. El nopal in hempstead is way better. I ordered 2 orders of tacos. They sent only one order. I paid by card already over the phone. And then the delivery guy gets angry at my mom and starts banging on the door after she gives him the tip. He was very rude and made us look bad in front of family. When I called and asked for the order that was missing they were going to charge me a delivery fee again for their mistake and the lady over the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I called to place my order and I asked for the pricing and I was told a cheaper price, but when I paid it was more and on the menu it states minimum $10 if you use a card. My order was $28, so I was beyond the minimum and they charged me $1.50 for using my debit card instead of paying cash. I wasn’t told about the fee, I noticed it on the receipt. I called 20 minutes before going and I still had to wait about 20 minutes extra for the order. Also when I walked in no one greeted us or even asked if we needed assistance. My mom likes the tacos from here. She was upset about something so I ordered her 2 tacos. Then I called literally 2 minuets after to call and cancel and I spoke to the same person. They said okay. A few minuets later they called me saying if I wanted my order and I said I called and canceled my order. The lady I was speaking to spoke to the guy in the background telling him I said I called and canceled my order.
