This was one of my more poor decisions by making a choice to order from this restaurant. I wanted some jerk chicken and decided to order through Uber Eats. Luckily, I decided to try a small portion instead of a large, not knowing how the food tastes or what the restaurant was about. Unfortunately, the servicing size received was not even enough for a two year-old to fill up on. With Uber eats charging $11 per tray for a small lunch container sized jerk chicken and you don’t even receive the equivalent of one piece of chicken in the order is a real slap in the face! The jerk chicken is nothing special. It just taste like a lot of spice, but not seasoned spice like hot pepper sauce spice. The skin was rubbery. The portion was extremely small. Being honest, I’m not eating that. I’ll just take the loss. But my suggestion to you is if read this review and still feel like you just have to order from here, do not order off-line/ for delivery from this restaurant. The delivery is not Irie! There’s no respect given for delivery orders!! I believe you would at least receive a larger portion in person as they’re not going to deal with the interaction of someone in person receiving two minuscule pieces of nothing versus sending anything to someone’s house because it’s being delivered. Also, I requested sweet sauce for the jerk chicken to cure it if it didn’t taste good and of course there was none put on the chicken or on the side. Just touching the skin and feeling that it was not crisp but soft and then to taste in the tip of my finger. It tasted like nothing but hot pepper sauce. There’s nothing authentic or Jamaican about that and I don’t think you guys should advertise yourselves as such! As seen when I came to the reviews to share my unfortunate experience, if this is the type of business that you’re going to engage in, you’re going to loose more customers than gain. So I call to inquire about the cancelation only to be told "we don't have veg Uber gives you 10 minutes to make change or order is canceled" I then ask "if you don't have an item can you on your end remove that item from my order and send what you do have?"(because this has happened before).
