In & Out Deli — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Been going to this same store for the past 10 years. Today was One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life from a corner store! They tried to charge me 7.50 for a sandwich with just bread and turkey and thats it! I didn’t want it anymore, i just wanted the drinks for me and my daughter, so then he said i couldn’t buy any thing else if i didn’t get the sandwich and grabs it from me!!! The most disgusting customer service i have ever encountered. If John was there i wouldn’t have experienced this but the other guy with glasses is horrible to most of the people that comes there! They have done alot to make the experience in the store pleasurable. Even as much as retraining the grill staff. Hank always does an amazing job but not his supporting cast are doing a way better job with preparing Good food and even customer service. Not too fond of the morning cooks! They have this one big cook there that eats while she is cooking other ppl foods.
