I recently visited a McDonald's, and while the food was up to the usual standard—hot, fresh, and satisfying—the overall experience left something to be desired. The biggest issue was the apparent understaffing, which led to a long wait time that really impacted the vibe of the place.
When I arrived, the line was already pretty long, and it became clear that there weren’t enough employees to handle the rush. The staff that was there seemed to be doing their best, but it was obvious they were overwhelmed. Orders took much longer than expected to be prepared and served. Even simple items like fries and drinks took longer than usual.
As the wait times stretched on, the atmosphere in the restaurant began to sour. You could feel the tension building as more people got impatient. A few customers were visibly frustrated, pacing around and voicing their complaints. The stress in the air was palpable, and it really affected the overall dining experience.
Once I finally got my order, the food was what you'd expect from McDonald's—tasty, comforting, and exactly what I wanted. But the long wait and the negative energy in the restaurant definitely put a damper on the meal. It’s clear that this location could benefit from hiring more staff to keep up with the demand, especially during peak hours. Until then, be prepared for a potentially long wait and a less-than-pleasant atmosphere.
In summary, while the food was good, the service and overall experience were not up to par due to staffing issues. If you're in a hurry or looking for a relaxed meal, you might want to consider other options or visit during...
Read moreI love McDonald’s food but I think all the fast food restaurants i have visited with McDonalds in particular are in the least desirable locations. You have to put your turn signal on very well before you approach this driveway to pull into and if you make it that far without being killed usually the handicapped spots are taken up. Exiting is such a horror show that I keep Celeno and Barnes Personal injury Lawyers on my speed dial just in case ...Most times we have to pull to the side when pulling into the driveway and wave others past us until one of the handicapped spots becomes available. Once in side you are greeted with the area that you order but when its more than 3 rows deep there is no getting in the door. Then while there is seating going down the side of the building and into the back it is not at all a pleasant dining experience. You have those go past looking for a seat (just as I or my husband were a bit before) or if you are by the door you are blasted with hot air during the summer or cold air from the winter. These people entering and exiting are those that had to park in the back parking lot. Mc Donald’s breakfast is awesome. I love the egg sandwich on a English muffin. The chicken nuggets are to die for as are their French Fries but when i see that they have be salted i ask for them to wait before putting on the salt and just fill my little cup with the plain ones. For me they taste great, i really love McDonald’s coffee and while i do admit I don’t drink it quickly or when its too hot but this is darn hot coffee which my...
Read moreFOOD/PRICING: The food is never hot. Hospital staff come here because it’s literally our only choice after MIDNIGHT. The food is barely lukewarm. Also after 3am they will accept cash only. They are also using a calculator and not the register. The total is always a rounded amount like they are making it up. $17, $13, $11. I have never been to McDonald’s where the amount is always solid money, no cents.
PROMOS: they are stealing the mnopoly pieces from the eligible items. I recently ordered large fries and there was no piece on the box so i asked the drive-thru attendant "no monopoly piece? she said uhm, let me go see. I gave the confused face because what do you mean let me go see. She said oh we are out of the pieces. I said how when its affixed to the box? she shut the window, turned to talk to someone and then she reached in her pocket and gave me a monopoly piece. She said here, just take it. I said thanks. How ridiculous is that? Employees are not even eligible for a prize. Taking what the customer paid for or is entitled to for yourself is not okay.
INSIDE RESTAURANT: Always clean tables and counters.
WALK-IN SERVICE: Slow, they pay more attention to the drive thru orders and will leve you standing there. Once I just went over to the kiosk and ordered because they were ignoring the line.
PERKS: Kiosk inside to skip the line. Delivery Platform window for...
