By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They hung up in my face twice because I called them wondering why is the order an hour late. The guy was like your order is canceled and just hang up without even allowing me to inquire about anything. I called again asking why it was canceled and he was like you are too far and it's not our fault and once more hung up before giving me a chance to talk. When I placed the order I put my address, so the store was automatically assigned. I placed the order at 12 pm today and had to call them 2:20 pm wondering what happened. They didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know that they couldn't deliver. And guess what? Throughout all that time their order tracker showed that the order is being prepared and ready to go out!! Which means they just kept the order on the system and updated it as if it was ready for delivery while in fact they weren't doing anything. And honestly, my main concern is not about whose fault was it that this store was chosen. It's all about being a decent human being who knows how to deal with other human beings. Calling a customer instead of deceiving them and most importantly not hang up the phone in their faces. The likes of those who work in this place are the main reason why humanity is deteriorating, and why human beings no longer know the basics of decency and good demeanor. I guess it takes a good home with structured upbringing to become decent, and unfortunately, they are lacking on that. I feel sorry that they are the role models that their kids at home have...
Read moreThis has to be the worst Papa John's that I've ordered from by far. It's really amazing to see the consistency with which they manage to screw up my orders. Combined it would make for a good 'fail compilation'. Every time I ordered from there, one thing or another has been wrong when I got my order. They love to be sparse with Pizza toppings (I don't), but their go to move is to forget sauces when ordering pizza, wings or poppers. Out of at least fifteen orders that I've placed there, I have gotten my order right two or three times. What I dislike most about this place is that they always seem to be out of that Honey Mustard sauce, and have BBQ in abundance, apparently can't read orders, and hoard Pizza toppings (I'm not talking about a situation where they won't put three times the cheese on there for free, but where they put next to no chicken on the pizza, when I pay a dollar or two extra). Maybe the employees are underpaid, or in a constantly bad and passive agressive mood - I don't know. But the only way the reviews of this place are ever going to go up again is if they (you) do your job right. Maybe then the management can pay thier employees more as well (?) For now, I'm keeping away from this location, and don't recommend...
Read moreI've been getting pizza from Papa John's for many years. They seem to always be on top of their game. Consistently providing accurate and delicious pizza with great customer service. This particular one does not live up to that. On two separate occasions, I have gone into this store to pick up my mobile order and have stood there waiting for someone to greet me. Once I'm greeted, I then continue to wait while the employees talk to one another and casually fold boxes or use their phone to further ignore the customer. After getting the food I paid for, I requested some crushed red pepper. Both orders were for two mediums and bread. I literally received ONE packet.. I asked if I could get more and I walked out with TWO.. Papa John's is known for their generous toppings and this place is stingy with toppings and packets. Is there a crushed red pepper shortage I don't know of? The pizza itself wasn't too bad. Not what I'm used to, though. The crust was flat and dry. Each slice had like 1.5 pepperoni on it. So I basically ate cheesy...
