I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle location. I usually enjoy coming to Chipotle for a quick, fresh meal, but this visit was far from pleasant. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the place was poorly managed and lacked basic cleanliness. The floors were sticky, tables were covered in crumbs and spills, and even the counter area where the food is served looked messy and unorganized. It’s hard to feel comfortable eating when the atmosphere itself feels unsanitary.
The customer service was practically nonexistent. The employees seemed uninterested and rushed, with little to no acknowledgment of the customers waiting in line. When it was finally my turn to order, the person behind the counter barely spoke or made eye contact. There was no friendliness or effort to make the experience positive — just a quick assembly of ingredients and a dismissive attitude.
What made it worse was the appearance of the food. It didn’t look fresh at all — the rice was dry, the vegetables looked wilted, and the meat didn’t have that just-cooked quality Chipotle is usually known for. For a restaurant that promotes fresh and flavorful meals, this visit felt like the complete opposite.
Overall, this Chipotle location needs serious improvement in both cleanliness and customer service. Management should take more pride in maintaining a welcoming and sanitary environment because right now, it’s just not there. I arrived these evening about 7pm, when I walked in, there was only one person already being helped in front of me, we waited about 3 minutes before someone finally started to take our order. Prior, there were several workers behind the counter talking and having side conversations for a while before realizing now the line is getting longer. After finally being helped, the guy rudely puts our food together after he thought we said one thing but we wanted tacos on the side and not put together and after he was done helping us he kept giving us the side eye every few minutes to the point I had to ask is he okay?? I asked to speak with the manager and the lady said she was the manager and looked me in the eye as if she could care less because she was the one initially having side conversations in the beginning while we waiting for at least 3 minutes before being helped. We then asked for the general manager who wasn’t too far. He came over and in the midst of my boyfriend telling him what happened, me and the girl “manager” gets into a back and forth confrontation because I asked her name and she said she doesn’t have to give out her name. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will never go here again. Highly NOT recommended. The general manager did nothing to make us feel heard or anything. I hate to bring race into it but it is what it is. I doubt this would’ve happened if my skin was a different color....
Read moreAs much as I love Chipotle this location truly disappoints the entire brand. I have been eating Chipotle for 10+ years and this was the first location I’ve ever been too. Nonetheless, one of the worse locations (with Hicksville being a close tie). Although the food is fresh half of the time, the customer service is a hit or miss. My biggest problem is that there is never vinaigrette. I always order a salad which if Im not mistaken should always be served with dressing. I can count on more than 2 hands how many times I have ordered a salad from this location only to be told when ready to pay that there is no vinaigrette and I literally walk out to find another location that does have. It could be late at night or as early as 1pm and for some reason there is never vinaigrette. I have spoken to managers and been given several excuses - “we ran out,” “we didnt make any for the day,” and my favorite “we’re missing an ingredient” to which I have even offered to go buy the ingredient myself only to be told “corporate only allows us to make a certain amount per day.” Truly disappointing and one of the many reasons why I now go to Qdoba (FYI they give free extra guac to me veggie lovers). 10 years and the loyalty is...
