I called to place an order for an individual that has autism. The gentleman asked me if I was going to put the tip on the card or in cash. I expressed that the individual only had enough to place the order and didn't have money for a tip. Keep in mind this pizzeria is 3 minutes from where the individual lives. The man was extremely rude and said "that's lame that the individual isn't tipping ". He continued to go back and forth with me telling me what polices i need to change as if that were up to me. This man couldn't appreciate that this individual wanted to buy food from the establishment but instead was condescending and rude because this autistic person did not have money to tip. I don't know about anyone else but I would not want spend my money in an establishment that doesn't appreciate the business that the public supports and is only worried about a tip!...

Emphasis on crispy. The most recent order I made sure to double down on the EXTRA part. The person on the phone understood me clearly and even notified me of a longer wait time because the wings were supposed to âwell doneâ. Just like the times before, the 50 buffalo mild wings have come out soft and not in any way crispy. As someone who is used to ânormalâ wings, these are below normal crisp level. There have been times where I have tossed them back into an air fryer for 20 mins to reach a normal crispy wing consistency. Itâs a shame - we used to enjoy the wings thoroughly - but now might look into a new establishment for our bulk...

I've included pictures of everything that comes with it. With 4 soft drinks everything came out to $54. A lot of food. Delicious sauce. Nice people behind the counter. Via Roma made a long day end on...
