Stickett Inn Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Highland

Joan is so kind & made me feel very comfortable! I called prior and the bartender told me Armando the cook would be in today so it would be a great time to check the restaurant/bar out! I took my niece for an adventure, we arrived around 7pm ish on Friday night. When we arrived we were told no cook, as for they left early and have a limited menu, which was fine because the quesadilla & burrito did the trick. It was very pricey in my opinion, two veggie quesadillas & one veggie burrito and I tried the cider. For that the cost was $41 something. I’m not sure why it was $41 for 2 quesadillas, a burrito & 1 drink.. maybe if there was meat protein I could understand more expensive items. The cook Armando was present but not working, he was nice too, just not sure why I was told he would be in the kitchen prior to my visit a couple hours earlier. Either way, kind welcoming energy & great customer service means the most to me, so I plan to come back to try again! loved getting coffee at the Bang Bang Café@ Stickett’s! I’m was in Eldred for the weekend and I did my requisite search for coffee nearby and Google doesn’t mention this café, which seems to me to be a major oversight in the Google review universe. A very cute place with chill staff. You can go inside but we opted to sit in the outdoor space and order at the window. The food was simple but good.
