Food: was somehow a little worse than other Dunkin locations. Atmosphere was fine. Pretty typical for a Dunkin. Service was the worst I’ve seen at any Dunkin location. Most of the employees were cold and deliberately ignored us. We placed an online order that didn’t turn out right: they messed up the sandwich and didn’t have drinks in stock. Their beverage case had 1 orange juice left but besides that only 2 varieties of beverages, I think it was Gatorade and Pepsi? I had ordered a smoothie from the beverage case online and had to get a refund and the sandwich order fixed. I was waiting at the counter for a while, as employees paid me no attention. There was 1 friendly employee who eventually asked if we’d been helped yet and we explained that our drink needed to be refunded because they didn’t have it. He went to the back to get a manager. I heard her complaining about it and she sounded irritated. When she came out she grumbled about how we shouldn’t have been able to order that drink because they don’t carry it at that location (the beverage case had a label and area for it though. But seems like maybe they only actually carry 3 beverage varieties). She hardly looked at me, was curt and cold and acted as if we were greatly inconveniencing her. As if we weren’t the ones inconvenienced! I place an online order for things to go quickly, I don’t expect to have to come in for a refund and get a sandwich order fixed because they didn’t read the order all the way. I was polite and patient, but they just had awful attitudes. I was so very unimpressed! I eventually got my refund for the drink and my sandwich order fixed. And when they “corrected the order” they still got it wrong! Incredible!!!! 🤦🏽♀️ my order was a small coffee with almond milk and 4 sugars, a medium black coffee with 6 sugars, an everything bagel with cream cheese toasted & cut in 1/2, a toasted raisin bagel with veggie cream cheese cut in 1/2, and a jelly donut. Both coffee’s had no sugar, the bagels were burnt and had plain cream cheese on both neither one was cut in 1/2, and they gave me a sesame bagel not an everything bagel. The donut was old fashioned not jelly. I went back to have this corrected, I was told they ran out of everything bagels, they remade the raisin bagel still didn’t cut it in 1/2, and also ran out of jelly donuts. Idk when it became ok to replace items without informing the customer, I also don’t know why I was met with so much attitude upon asking them to correct this....
Read moreI live in town so I have given this establishment many opportunities. More than I should have. Yesterday was my last visit to this Dunkin. There was literally not a single customer there mid afternoon and I went through the drive through. I asked for an iced coffee coconut shot and cold foam. What I received was a cold brew with pumpkin cold foam. It’s almost like they do this deliberately. The people are always rude at the monitor. Sometimes they don’t even say anything. It’s the most inconsistent cup of coffee I have ever tasted. You can order the same thing every day for a week and it somehow taste differently.
