Little Italy Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Homer

Very disappointed. Called at 3:50 asking for a pepperoni calzone. Was told no because they don’t make them past four. I then stated it wasn’t 4. I hear employees talking about it “tell her not again” in the background. When i get there 8 employees are there, not a single customer. They were rude. When I got home there was no pepperoni. When I called the woman said “im sorry what would you like me to do? We don’t even make them past 4 usually so you got lucky” and put me on the phone with an “owner” who did absolutely nothing about it. No discount, offer of discount next time. Horrible customer service. Not bad for not having pepperoni tho or I’d be way more mad. Oh she also said “you didn’t say pepperoni” like I promise you, there’s no way i would ever...

We were on our way back home to NJ from Niagara. It was time for lunch and when we looked up google, this place came up as being very close to the highway (so that we didn't have to deviate from our route at all!!). When we reached the place it looked empty and coming from NJ (being used to crowded areas!!) we were a little skeptical about going in.. what followed was an amazing experience, we were so glad we went in, ordered a vegetarian + Plain cheese (half and half) 16" and some garlic knots...Nice crust, tasty sauce, loads of veggies(olives!!!!!), overall Amazing taste!! best that we've had in a long time!! freshly made.. this place is stored in our maps forever!! we will visit it every time we...

Recently ordered delivery. $82 worth of food. By the time it was delivered food was ice cold, and wings were burned. Even though it was cold outside, the food was out of proportion cold, and obviously prepared in a careless subpar manner. Called and spoke with manager about concern, and he was overly defensive, and was obvious he did not want to correct situation, so I hung up on him. I have gone there for over 7 years, but I no longer will, and am advising all of my friends and family to order elsewhere.
