Staff is friendly but you cannot take seriously their estimates on how long until the food is ready. I was told 25 minutes. It was over an hour I had to wait. One customer was waiting 90 minutes for her food, who was told 25 minutes as well. In fact, all 8 of us waiting for our food were told the same thing

Food was very overcooked. I don't know how they could do it, but the beef was inedible. It was passed the jerky stage, making its way to the crunchy or crumble stage. Rice was very overcooked as well. I was able to eat maybe a third of my dinner

Last time I went, it wasn't seasoned. There was no sauce. It was cooked, but that's as far as it went, tasting as bland as my personality

By far the best Chinese takeout in the county. It's family run, by a very nice, friendly family. Their prices are very fair, and their service is always polite, even when they're overwhelmed, which is often. While I've seen customers online and in person complaining about the wait time, I think a lot of customers have very unfair expectations of a restaurant with only 2 people in the kitchen. If you order from a place this small and this popular during the dinner rush, you should know what to expect, and giving them bad reviews for your lack of compassion isn't fair to them. It's neither hard nor inconvenient to expect them to be busy and to take that into consideration. Appreciate this place for how good the people and the food is and stop...

Ordered quite a bit of takeout tonight. Food was really good and well balanced. The rice and lo mein had plenty of meat and veggies. The shrimp in the shrimp and Chinese veg was huge and clean. So good! They did take about 20 min longer than they said, but they were swamped. And they also threw in another order of Fried cheese wonton for free. Only thing I'd like to be better is the egg rolls, while delicious, could be crisper. Also the fried cheese wonton could be crisper and more filling. But all over excellent. I'll order from then again....
