I have Faithfully going to Dragon Wok for over 20 years I can say that I'm thoroughly disgusted with the food they are now serving. I will no longer be ordering from the establishment. The egg rolls that I received with my dinner or fried so hard that they had shrunk and you could literally bounce them off the table without them cracking. The crab rangoons I ordered were also fried hard instead of being a nice yellow texture they were dark burnt Brown thus making the cream cheese inside of them also taste nasty. Trying to eat them being so hard was a terrible experience. The fried dumplings I ordered were an extreme disappointment over what they used to be. They used to come in a nice round pie pan and they were pretty good sized about 2 to 3 inches with lot of meat packed inside. Now they're barely the size of a chicken nugget more dough than meat and they all are squeezed inside of the smallest serving box that they have that white rice used to come into for the half pint. They didn't taste good because of the way that they were cooked it tasted like the oil was messed up. Ordering the combo dinner normally comes with fried rice the fried rice used to have lots of chunks of vegetables egg and pork that you can visibly see and have a great texture what I received was a mushy kind of rice that didn't taste very well and you couldn't really find anything like that in it without really having to dig and pick through it. I realize the economy has had a tough time on everybody but when you sacrifice quality you're going to lose customers. I am so disappointed but this establishment has come to this point. Over 20...
Read moreMe and my fiance order from here pretty regularly and we always order the same thing, sesame chicken and mei fun noodles. The noodles are for my fiance and she gets them because she is severely allergic to gluten and they are gluten free. I listened to her order and she ordered the usual. About 15 mins later the food is delivered and I tip the driver almost 8 dollars (worked 5 years in food service and I understand the appreciation of a good tip and understand the hustle of delivering food) we go to open the food and they sent us sesame chicken and chicken lo mein. I call and explain that the person that took the order heard my fiance wrong and he goes on to tell me thats what she ordered and theres nothing wrong with the order. He then asks If I want to order mei fun noodles and have them delivered. I ask him to replace the order and I will give back the lo mein that I didnt order and he responds rudely stating there was nothing wrong with that order and that my fiance made a mistake and if I want mei fun noodles i have to pay for them. I will never go back. this place just lost a long time customer and its unfortunate for the delivery drivers i tip 5+ dollars too everytime I order. And on top of that my sesame chicken was terrible. I was actually jealous of my fiance who ended up ordering...
Read moreI have continuously gone to DW throughout the years, but tonight will be my last. I literally just threw away over $15 worth of food. I ordered a food item and was told they could make it, then when received wasn't at all what I had ordered. Not to mention there was more breading on it than there was meat, with absolutely zero flavor or sauce. The rice was cold & the eggroll o ordered was cold as well. I decided to call, then was told they dont make the item I requested. Wouldnt that be nice to know BEFORE I pay instead of telling me the item COULD be made? Mind you, my request was NOT at all hard or out of tbe ordinary. I simply requested black pepper chicken. I am NEVER going to this location again, ever. I could have made better chinese food with a frozen bag of PF Chang from a local grocery store....
