Subway — Restaurant in Town of Horseheads

Worst experience I've ever had at this location. Walked in to workers there one putting bread in oven cleaning up dishes..looked like she was trying to go home other worker doing a to go order. I approached the counter he said ill be right with you. The girl saw me standing there and not once acknowledged i was there nor jumped in to wait on me to get me out of there quickly.. I waited 10 minutes before being waited on. I was on my break for work which is only 30 minutes... 10 wasted so far. Finally asked me what I wanted said a salad....what happened to the square salad bowls by the way??? So he got the round bowl and started building my salad in the bowl and I said you don't chop the salads anymore..he said I can so I said yeah please was being kind even though I was irritated at this point. The bowl was not even half full by the time all said and done. I asked for dressing on the side and got one little cup of dressing of my choice...at this point didn't say anything I just wanted to leave since now 20 minutes of my break was gone. I paid almost $10 for hardly anything in the bowl and service was horrible. Don't recommend...

I work for an large agency and due to COVID-19 we have been unable to take our individuals out to eat. Once a week we order from this establishment and every single time they give us some type of issue. It’s incredibly unfair to our individuals to have to go threw such an ordeal to get their meal every week. This week I had called 6 times to place their orders and got no answer with the exception of one time they answered and hung up. We ended up ordering from a different and much more polite subway in the area....

It's a Subway, what can I say. Like most of these places you seldom see the same person twice-turnover has to be a killer. Most always whoever makes my sub does a good job. Every now and them it comes out very sloppy, which is a pain, but to be fair, I get virtually every veggie put on my sub that makes it pretty tough to keep together and cut.
