Would give 0 stars if possible. We needed a cake for my friends 21st birthday party and decided to order it from here 4 days prior to the party and set the pick up time for 6 pm. 6 pm rolls around and we go to get the cake and we are told that they are just now starting to make the cake and it’s gonna be at least 45 minutes. Whatever, we wait. 45 minutes later we go back and are now being told that they don’t have the ice cream flavors needed to make our vanilla cake with chocolate ice cream and decided to change it up completely. Save your time and money and never visit this establishment. The employees are unhelpful and uneducated in the school of business. The employees have no idea what is offered by the national chain of stores and refuse to abide by the parent companies policies. Example: "Create your own polar pizza" the clerks answer was "we don't do that, come back in a week for the pizza guy". What kind of answer is that to give to a customer? Baskin Robbins corporate should be visiting these franchisee locations to enforce customer satisfaction. They do not deserve the $15/hour minimum wage as any other minimum...
