Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I'm reposting this here in the hopes this scumbag pictured here is fired from this location and at the very least, an apology from corporate should be given to the family. This is the kind of right wing racist b.s. that makes Long Island suck.

Dear Domino's Pizza. My 60 year old mother stopped by your Huntington, New York location (store #3473) and had the worst and most traumatizing experience in her entire lifetime. My mother, Chilean born and U.S. citizen with difficulties when it comes to speaking English, stopped by this location that she has been going to for years and approached the man that is pictured below. She tried ordering her usual "large pizza with chicken". As she was trying to get her words out, the man had told her, "we only serve people who speak English here." and turned his back to her. He continued to take orders on the phone and out of anger, my mother had called me. She took a picture to inform my family about what had happened and as her son, first generation born in this beautiful country, I am torn that my mother who has been in this country for nearly 30 years can go out and be treated in such a way. I hope that this post can be shared among others to avoid this location and its service to those who have the same difficulties that my mother...

I ordered at 5:40 pm, called the store at 6:40pm was told its on its way. I called again 15 minutes later no answer, kept trying to call manager picked up phone and said hold and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I called again and again and again and then some else picked up and said pizza is about 30 minutes away! I asked to speak to the manager who came on and said she cant do anything we just have to wait. I asked for a refund, she said it would take 48hours. Absolutely unacceptable, horrible customer service, don't know how to answer the phone, unaware of what customer service is about. Instead of apologizing for the delay they kept saying just wait its coming. I paid everything through the app even tip. I have never had an issue with other stores, this was the first time ordering from this store and will be the last. If I could I would...
