I had an extremely disappointing and discriminatory experience at this store. From the moment I entered and approached the counter to place my order, the employee named Anna displayed an impatient and dismissive attitude toward me.
I explained that I needed to order 12 sandwiches but was unable to complete the order online, which is why I came to the store. After I placed all my sandwich orders at the counter, I asked Anna to confirm if the total was 12. Instead of answering, she deleted my entire order and moved on to serve the next customer, completely ignoring me.
I spent nearly 20 minutes in the store and received no service or assistance whatsoever. Apart from being ignored, I experienced nothing but frustration and disappointment. When I asked for Anna’s name and said I wanted to speak with her manager, she blatantly ignored me. It wasn’t until her manager stepped in that I finally learned her name.
This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable. I’ve never encountered such poor treatment from a service staff member before.
