Family owned and run restaurant with love in every bite. Started with the falafel which was just under pureed and had great texture and wasn't dried out. Filled with a variety of spices and herbs it was a winner with the provided dips (one of which is hummus for that full chickpea journey). The Chicken Beyti was layered with flavors. Ground seasoned perfectly cooked chicken inside a buttery flaky dough covered with a combination of a lemon yogurt sauce and a tomato sauce. Flavor profile hits every note and tastebud. The rice provided was perfectly cooked and had a great accompanying flavor which was the perfect reset to the pallet. The Chicken Shish was juicy, flavorful and perfectly cooked. Pretty healthy dish to get if you want to balance flavor and calories. The lahmajoun was layered with so many flavors from the ground lamb to eggplant and peppers. All cooked to perfection. Had this twice and my only note is the dough was crispier the first time and a bit soggy this time. That may have been from getting the 3x this time (which are three stacked on top of one another). It's possible the moisture caused a bit of sag there. But if I went again I'd ask for them to be on the crispier side dough wise. If they do come out a little soggy, roll them up and they're đ. The complementary tea was wonderfully steeped and while we tried the fermented black carrot/turnip juice, it was bottled, it also wasn't our thing before the meal. But during and afterwards its strong sharp funky flavor cut and provided some contrast to the rest of the meal, which may or may not be your thing. Oh! And our waitress Maya was stellar. If she's around when you're there you lucked out!

After reading a good few Google reviews and sampling Anatolia Mediterranean Grill we definitely found out the reviews werenât lying. Seated where we could see Lake Ontario was just the beginning. The waiting staff were polite, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable to say the least. When the food arrived we didnât realise that we were in for a gastronomic journey. The meals were meticulously prepared and the portions were generous. Albeit it on the pricier end of the spectrum. The only gripe we had was the food was being served in dribs and drabs so it was a tad weird eating alone when other members of our party hadnât been served theirs. We ordered Sigara Boregi, Babaganoush, Lahmachun, Mushroom & Cheese Pide, Chicken Beyti, Iskender Plate, Kunefe and American Coffee. Everything was fresh and delicious. No negatives at all. We appreciated the fact that the premises donât sell alcohol as itâs not needed because the food is so good. Please give this place a go. You wonât regret it.

We come here ALL the time itâs our favorite place to eat out i definitely recommend this place to everyone especially the desert case it is a bizarre selection everything about it and even better itâs all home made nothing beats it. A good pairing with their desert is their Turkish tea which Iâve been told is their secret blend and itâs full of flavors and their Turkish coffee so rich in flavor. Itâs a family owned business and they are so welcoming and kind and very understanding my friend had dietary restrictions and they accommodated for everything and they are always so good about it. Bunch of different varieties of dishes you can try their bread and oil was delicious fresh out the oven. My favorite dishes of all times are the lamb mix and their sote. They bring out the sote sizzling it was an awesome experience as well and it was so cheap for everything we got and we even had a bunch of leftovers I definitely recommend they are awesome people. 10/10

My daughters and I visited Anatolia last evening for the first time!! We will definitely, definitely be back!!! The atmosphere was lovely, the service was friendly and efficient and the food was absolutely marvelous!!! We tried three appetizers. The Ezme, the Falafel, and the babaganush. They were all spectacular and were served with baskets of delicious bread for dipping!! On the recommendation of our friendly server, I ordered the chicken beyti as my dinner, and it was absolutely amazing!! I highly, highly recommend it!! My daughters, both ordered the pide and each loved their choice!! The portions were large and everything was incredibly fresh, tasting and delicious!!! Even though we were very full, we couldnât pass up trying the desert called kunefe, which was simply extraordinary!! This restaurant is such a wonderful addition to the Irondequoit area and I will definitely be back many times!! A top-notch family owned gem!!

I kept hearing about this place and decided to try out out after work this evening. Amazing!!! The owner was so nice and insisted I wait for my take out and enjoy a free cup of Turkish tea while he prepared my food. The decor is tasteful, upscale, and has a trend feel to it. I liked the vibe! They do not have a liquor license yet; therefore, the owner invites guests to bring in their own favorite bottle(s) of wine đ· to enjoy during their mealâŠ(no cork fees)! The pictures speak for itself, but let me tell you the food was outstanding. By far the BEST STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES I have ever had. Everything there is homemade and fresh. I will definitely be back and love supporting small businesses like this in my neighborhood. I hope anyone reading this gives this place a chance, because you wonât regret it. Well worth the trip, and gorgeous sun sets close by at the lake.
