Every Sunday I go out with my toddler for ice cream date. Never had an issue before, until today that I ordered a one scoop rainbow sherbet. When I told the cashier if this is a full spoon, he said yes it’s already melted.

Where to start. The morning crew is terrible , the worst so far. Between the ladies giving me an attitude because THEY are not getting my order right to the wait time. I used to order curbside pickup because it was hard to bring my 1year old inside the store. There's been multiple times I've waited for 15-20mins at curbside to get my order. I would have to call the store and let them know I've been waiting. It's very inconvenient if you have a toddler in the car. I'm obsessed with their "white mocha hot chocolate" (which by the way COMES WITH WHIP CREAM) so every time I order either I get no whipped cream or I get charge for whip cream. Or get an ATTITUDE for asking for whip cream which i paid for. What's a hot chocolate with no whip cream? Very...

I went with my newborn baby cause they have curbside which is convenient cause I have the baby with me waited 15 mins I watched the two kid worker play and chat while I sat out there waiting for my order I tried calling in the store to remind them that I order curbside I didn’t want to have to bring the baby in as he was sleeping or leave him in the car hence thats why I ordered curbside in the first place. Finally I saw a customer going in and asked her to tell them to bring my order out the kid came out with an attitude I had to tell him I ordered curbside cause I have a baby with me he shrugged, handed me my drink and walked away it’s ridiculous. Tried calling for a manager...

Was a great experience. The employees were super nice and quick to take and make my order. My ice coffee was forgotten to be made but the employee at the register noticed quickly and let the employee making coffees know that it was missing. She quickly made my ice coffee and gave me a bigger size than what I had ordered, for my inconvenience. I truly appreciate it because they went above and beyond, and I made it to work on time!
