Ben the cashier tried to swipe my debit card 4 times and it went through. I knew because of the notifications on my phone it had been used. He told me it didnt work and i gave him a different CREDIT CARD. Regardless of it being $5, 10 or $1,000 it was my information on the card the âwasnt workingâ It worked. When I asked to speak to a manager, Tim, his response was âI will only reimburse you this time!â I responded with âexcuse me? Thats illegal to charge my card twice without permissionâ. After being harrased by every employee and manager that I should just leave, which I was trying to do but Tim wanted the last word. Finally Rob the other manager of the store who seemed to be the only adult started to get involved. When I asked for the employees names so I can make it aware how they treat customers the only names I got were Tim, Ben, Rob and two other people that I was able to read their name tags. Theyre were appproxamitley 5 other employees making comments with Ben standing there laughing. This is harassment towards a customer and straight up disrespectful.    Read morePicked up a happy meal for my son dropped it off at the house 2 minutes away went to pick up daughter from work got text from wife stating the happy meal fries and nuggets were not fresh and seemed old. My son was literally gagging on them they were so bad. Went back to the West Islip McDonaldâs where I was met with the manager who was not looking like she wanted to hear my story. I told her about the food being not fresh she nastily said Iâll only give you the fries and nuggets like I wasnât looking for a free toy lady I just want fresh food without the attitude. First they mistook my order. When i took my order and told them it was missing an item, not only didnât they apologize, but also refused to let me pay at the window and told me if i wanted it I needed to come inside and pay for it.. right in the middle of a &$#@ pandemic!!!! When the âmanagerâ got involved she close the window and ignored me, then , a few minutes later, reopened it and refused to give me her name while threatening to call the cops.... all this for freakin medium french fry!!!!!
