So sorry that the queens store is gone. I been dealing with this store for over 20 years. They have the best customer service ever! Especially Henry! Rob Marsh has put me in touch with him as my personal person to order from and he has never let me down yet. When im aon the cruise ship or on land i can just call him at the drop of a dime and he gets me sorted out. I am sad the store is gone however i will continue to do business with them due to the fact that Henry is at the Babylon store! Haveing him as my personal helper keeps me here with the store! Very happy to have discovered this store. I am building out a small home recording studio, I needed some speakers/monitors. I met Eric, who was patient with advice, playing samples on a few monitors and explained the advantages of the ones I ultimately selected, over the ones I had originally gone in for. This is the best store anywhere! Kevin the manager is the most knowledgeable guy in the DJ world! I have been buying my DJ equipment here for over 20 years! I was there yesterday and had outstanding customer service from Juan and Oscar! they were busy but really took time to explain the new microphone units and help me make the best decision.
