Very inconsistent!!! I work around the corner from here and we always order from them. Sometimes they will send their food over and it's really good. Sometimes, its TERRIBLE. For the amount of money you pay for a sandwich, PLUS the delivery fee it really should be enjoyable but at least edible when it gets to you. I stopped ordering for months from there. All of co-workers stopped as well because I got into a bit of an argument with a manager. I ordered a tuna melt on white toast. The cheese wasn't melted when it got here and the toast was very hard and cold. When I called to tell them I wanted another sandwich, she was very rude and said "then you toast bread, it gets hard". Anyway, the conversation didn't go well, I was too scared to eat the new one she sent over so I just threw away the 12 bucks I paid for it. We all stopped ordering from there. Maybe 6 months went by and I we thought we would give it another shot. Again, sometimes the food would be good but Most of the time it was pretty bad. I ordered a Soprano. It's Roast Beef with melted Mozz on toasted garlic roll. I received it and mayo was oozing out of the side. I thought I didn't know it had mayo but I like mayo on almost anything so I bit into it. IT WAS NOT MAYO!!! It was butter. The roll was probably toasted in a toaster oven and then they forgot about it and then threw a bunch of butter on it and then garlic powder on top of that. The mozz wasn't even melted. Like you shouldn't be able to see the slices of it when you look at it. That sandwich was so gross, I still can't eat beef and it was like a month ago. Today is my last day eating from here. They are so quick on the delivery and that is why we keep ordering from them, however, it's really not worth it. I asked for a cracked pepper turkey sandwich with melted american cheese. I asked if the cheese could be melted onto the bagel and not the turkey. I even said, if you could just throw it into the toaster oven that would be great. (I've ordered this sandwich before, but I usually get it cold and then just do it here at the office but today I just wanted it to be ready when I got it) Anyway, I think they melted it on the bottom of the bagel but didn't bother to toast the top. I really can't. I worked and managed a deli for 7 years. Consistency is key. Customer service is very important also. Read moreI'm never going back there again. For $30 I ordered 3 bagels, an egg sandwich with home fries, a pastry and 3 OJ's. Seems a bit expensive. The bagel were soft but cold, and I got there right as they opened and unlocked the doors. I would think that all the bagels would be hot and fresh when they first open. The bacon egg and cheese was alright the cheese wasn't melted/ cooked on the eggs, just placed on the roll. The only thing that was absolutely delicious was the home fries, I even went back up in line to order more. Here is why I'm not going back. I went back up and order another side of home fries, one of the girls called to the kitchen for it and then went to take the next customer in line. About a min later I saw my home fries appear in the window ready. I waited for about 5 mins while the girl who was helping me finished the other customer she helped, after that instead of coming back to me she called to help the next customer. And so I asked the closest employee who was a tall larger bulky woman with very short curly blond hair, if she could get me my food as it seemed that the girl helping me may have honestly forgotten. The bulky woman ask me who was helping me and I pointed her out, she then said to her in a very rude and sarcastic manner did you forget your customers home fries that have only been up for 2 secs. She then instantly started talking to another customer, I said to her that I have watched them sit up there for a while now, and she complexly ignored me and and then the girl who was originally helping me said to me you have to wait I have a customer, now her 2nd customer after me. Both employees were very rude and had no right to make any comments about how long it was there, making me feel stupid. Read moreIn incredibly rude workers behind the counter. Went to get an egg everything bagel. First, I was ignored for the first few minutes I was in the store and then when someone greeted me, I said can I please have an egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and some random woman behind the counter yelled we don’t have any left. So I then pointed out the egg everything bagels that were at the counter and the other woman said no we don’t have any so then the girl who was helping me, picked up the bagel with her bare hands and showed it to the other worker, and she said OK we do have some. So then I said OK I would like an egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, but not the one that you just picked up with your bare hands. To which the girl made a face and laughed at me, and then her and the other female started talking Spanish in front of me And it was one of those scenarios where you could tell they were talking about me. So I looked at them and I said never mind. I will not have someone speak bad about me in another language in front of me. It’s very rude, and I left the store and as I was leaving, they were yelling at me byeeee Have a great day really condescendingly....
