Me and mother come here all the time as it's our local subway and never have trouble. But as of March 12th 2024, this has now changed. I walk in and order my food normally and trouble free and use my coupon as I always do. But as I'm paying, the machine has an issue and the man at the register restarts and cancels the order with no problem. But as he restarts the order, he clicks on the max tip button, making my total go from $19 to $24. I see him do this with my own eyes and ask him if it's OK to continue and he says yes. I paid and received my receipt to find out he overcharged me because he pressed the MAX tip button. This is no big deal. I waited till he was free to mention it, but that is when the trouble started. I explained to him that he overcharged me by hitting the max tip, which I made it clear was no big deal and absolutely showed no aggression towards the man. But instead of simply paying me back the difference, he was extremely rude. At first, he said I did nothing wrong and then started saying it wasn't my problem. I was stunned that he was acting this rude and, in the end, aggressively gave me $3 instead of the $4 he owed me and as I'm leaving, tells me "Next time no coupon". As someone who works in the food industry and has a degree in Gastronomy I have worked restaurant’s whether fast casual, like this subway as well as three michelin starred restaurants.
Three times ive been denied entry because lazy eye closes 30 minutes prior to the actual closing time. It sucks when people like myself do come in late I get out of work looking for a healthier option than Wendy’s next door- they got my business because “Sorry we’re closed.”
Steer clear of the ice in the soft soda machine please clean it or the Department of Health will shut you down in a quicker second than this man closes the store; as there is mold in the Ice.
Was also charged double by mistake when presenting a coupon via phone picture - I understand not having the physical coupon and was giving benefit of doubt when that situation occurred; I can provide additional info if needed.
I will not be going to this franchise don’t lose business to unhealthier counterparts and clean your ice machine before you screw yourself and sacrifice other peoples well being especially if it turns out to be black mold.

Order a sub with chicken on it and something about the chicken seemed off. That should have been my red flag. It’s like they forgot to turn the cooling units on and let it sit out until covered for hours. Got a couple bites in and it just tasted foul, like they somehow made precooked chicken rancid. I had to throw it away.
Several hours later and I’m at home with food poisoning symptoms. It really sucks because I always lived this subway, food was always great, and the family who managed it were so nice.
It gone way down hill and after this incident I won’t be coming back. It really sucks but this honestly ruined subway for me.
