Wah Nan Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Honestly their food is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, but their customer service is not the best. They may snap at their customers and be late a few times, they’re a really great place food wise though so I understand good business means they might run late a few times. I love EVERYTHING from this place, their food just goes unmatched. I’ve tried other chinese food places once in a while and never call back because this place is the best to me. The rice is the best part, most other Chinese food places’ rice is a bit on the paler side but this place has a nice tan to their rice which makes it taste delicious. I come here alot with my girlfriend to pick up our orders . We always place a pick up for chicken wings with pork fried rice … let me tell you! The chicken wings is the best! Their big , fresh and crispy. Very hard to find a gem of chicken wings that size and fresh.The pork fried rice is also very fresh and tasty! Not hard ! I can tell when rice is old and their fried rice is defiantly not !

Horrible service, the manager there is rude, and they’re thieves. I ordered two egg rolls with my combo meal and I did not receive my two egg rolls. I had to go back to the Chinese store just to receive them as the man made it seemed like I was lying. Eventually I got my egg rolls.

He tried to paint me as if I received the two egg rolls when I did not. I paid for it so I expect to get everything that I paid for like any other customer. Very disrespectful company, now they are no longer allowing payments thru the phone, they’re losing money by doing this. Would not recommend, you can find better...
