This store is BY FAR THE WORST I'VE EVER BEEN TOO. Johnstown, Clifton Park and even Buffalo are better and FASTER. On this day, I waited in the drive thur line for over 30 minutes before I even got to the window to pay. I waited a total of 42 minutes to get just 2 fish fillets as my total order. They were NOT alternating back and forth between lanes! They would take 2 or 3 orders from lane 1 before taking an order from lane 2 where i was. And for FAST FOOD, it is the opposite as it ALWAYS is at this store! I have no idea what they do in there. On April 21st, my son and I were on our way to the FREE Beer and Hot Wings Live at night show...we ordered after waiting forever, then told to pull forward to wait. We waited 20 minutes where they told us to. I called the store and told them I was told to pull forward and have been waiting over 20 minutes for 2 meals. She apologized and said she would get it out to me. After another 7-10 minutes it was finally brought out to me. Because of this we were running late and barely made it to the show on time. Any other store even busier can get you your food in REASONABLE time or pretty fast, but NOT THIS STORE EVER. I prefer Burger King, but unfortunately my son and mom prefer McDonald's. Something needs to be done!! Also DON'T leave the drive thur without checking your bag, you'll have at least one item missing MOST of the time. The fries are ALWAYS under cooked. And the shake machine is broke more than working. Not sure what the problem at this store is! I've been to a Buffalo McDonald's after a football game, where the line wrapped around the store and into the road...and they were pretty fast, I was surprised. And by no means is this directed to the few employees working, my disappointment is with management,,,you own a "fast food restaurant " on a Sunday morning 915am probably 1 of the busy days and u have 1employee on the drive in backed up to the ma doors to enter the store, 1 employee inside trying to deal with walk in's (service provider) while trying to deal with door dash orders which out number the walk ins,, I watched 3 families come and go i the 25 minutes I waited for fast food, I don't know what u have to do but u need more employees on duty,, I know this country is a new age lifestyle since covid but me personally think WALK IN customers are important. I may be wrong due to the effort involved but as far as I know Mc'Ds wants walk ins....put some people on the busy mornings please... Read moreAVOID THIS LOCATION!! We ordered a meal through the app, and after checking in at our parking spot we waited nearly 20 minutes. After waiting for so long my wife and I went inside to see what the issue was. Once inside we were ignored for another 10 minutes before somebody finally decided to attend to the customers waiting at the counter. For the record, there was complete chaos going on behind the counter. They were struggling with one order most of that time. When someone finally bothered to come the counter, and we explained the problem we were treated as an inconvenience, and rushed by being told to "reload the app (which it clearly states to not do) or call" We were never told who to call or offered any more help, the girl literally walked away. The manager (who was standing to the side and heard all of this never came over to try and figure out the problem, offer to match the deal in the app, or anything. She didn't even acknowledge us. This place has big issues, and day 1 customer service and basic hospitality are right at the top. Also I suspect they were just ignoring our order or outright rejecting it from their system as they were clearly unable to handle more than one...
