Big Greek Grill — Restaurant in Town of Junius

I was a bit surprised when I ate at this restaurant for the first time today. As it’s located in a mall and you just don’t really ever get quality food at the mall. But.... Reasonable prices, Clean restaurant and bathrooms, friendly staff, and really tasty food. The tzatziki sauce was a little thicker than I would prefer it but still tasted fresh. The falafel was top-notch I don’t even like falafel and it was good. The hummus had a little bit too much tahini in it but I love dipping the pita in the tzatziki sauce instead. And the spanakopita was two thumbs up. Filled with lots of spinach, And the flaky dough was cooked perfect. I also ordered the doLmades. Which are stuffed grape leaves. They were served with cucumber and sat in a pool of Greek dressing which I didn’t like so I wiped all of the Greek dressing off and then ate them, And like everything else they were...

This place has amazing food! We go there regularly, even if it is out of our way because it is the only place within 30 miles of our home that has authentic Greek/middle Eastern food! The food is super fresh, the portions are adequate, and the service is wonderful. Although it is set up as a fast food place, the tables are always clean and the place looks nice. I always have the chicken kabob on a pita, and my husband has the Philly cheese steak sandwich meal. The prices are very reasonable, in fact I think they are downright inexpensive for what one gets. If you're visiting the Waterloo Premier Outlets, this place is a must stop for you! As I mentioned, we go there just to eat, not to shop!! Kudos to them! Yay for me!! We came after an adventure to the outlet mall. We were all very satisfied by our experience here. Both my wife and I ordered the chicken skewer dinner served on a bed of rice with a Greek salad. The chicken and rice was deliciously flavored and cooked to perfection. The salad was also very fresh and wonderful. There was a generous serving of lettuce, dressing, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, green pepper, feta cheese, and olives (we omitted the olives). Our daughter got the fried chicken tenders with fries which were juicy and cooked well for fried foods. The server was attentive and helpful while we were selecting our meals.
