Waited 20 minutes for the drive through.
I wanted to update this review after going a second time. They only staff one person, and though you can place both drive through and in store orders on the mobile app, the person working claims that the drive through is closed because he's alone. There is nothing blocking off the drive through or any other indication showing not to go to the drive through - at a gas station. Turns out the guy was telling his life story to people in the store, talking about his troubles but also his love of Pokemon. When he finally checks the drive through after 20 minutes of waiting, he tells me it's closed and to come inside. Then he realizes he's had a mobile order waiting, seems like he made it and forgot it because it's ready as I pull up to the window. I tell him that for a closed drive through, he's got more than 5 cars waiting for if. He. Actually. Says: "I've got a lot of talking to do." No kidding, my guy....
Read moreIncompetent!! My husband wanted to surprise me with a large iced tea this morning. Drove 20 minutes out of the way to get it for me while we were on vacation. Ordered a large iced tea with lemon, but thought it looked darker than usual when he got it. Specifically asked the person at the drive through window - this looks darker than usual, are you SURE it's iced tea??? Person at the window assured him - yes, that's just what out iced tea looks like. So he accepted that (he doesn't like iced tea, so didn't taste it), and drove it 20 min back to surprise me. Well, the surprise was that it was iced coffee...with 3 lemon wedges in it!! Not quite the surprise he had in mind. I understand that mistakes can be made, but if asked, you should at least take a glance at the drink you are serving...it didn't look like...
Read moreAfter getting stuck in the drive thru for over an hour yesterday (and never getting served, leaving our mobile order behind) we decided to give it another shot today. I walked in and ordered pretty quick. An employee called out our order and handed me our two drinks. The coffee ended up being from someone else's order so I walked back in assuming they were still waiting for their drink. The lady with the pink/red hair got irritated and scolded me saying my drink was probably at the pickup station (it wasn't) and that I should "look closer next time and make sure I grab the right one" (they handed it to me). Would recommend trying to find more personable employees with a little more patience for your customer facing roles. Blaming the customer for your mistake...
