I feel for the staff, because they were clearly overwhelmed, however, I have never witnessed such ineptitude before and management really should do right by their staff (training, support, etc.) so what happened today won’t happen again. We used the app to order a curbside pickup and, at 30 minutes still waiting, I went inside to ask about my order. The worker looked at me exasperatedly and said “you’re next,” so I went outside to await the delivery. 15 minutes later I went back in and literally watched as the two staff members behind the counter stared at the order monitor for minutes, holding burgers in their hand, placing the burgers into and out of the same bag multiple times. They had no clue what was going on! I asked for a refund, which a very low key guy started to process for me (he was very good at de-escalating and I acknowledged that, because everybody around was losing their minds and asking for refunds after waiting similar amounts of time) and he told me he could give it to me via cashless app, like Apple Pay. I asked if I could go to my car to get my credit card to put it back on, which he said yes to, but when I went to go back in the store, they had locked the doors! Luckily, the staff member came to get me and finished my return. We had boat reservations to make it to, so we couldn’t wait any longer.

The manager that was there had taken my buddies order but when I had asked if I can have my order taken he had told me that I’m upset with you and you cannot have your order taken. I used to close the store 5 days and a week there but every time I closed I always walked in the store being trashed and left for me to deal with. So after I had quit because I couldn’t deal with the disrespect, the mistreatment, poor communication with management, the poor pay, the Gm told me that I wasn’t worth being there. The store is never cleaned, they have a 16 year old as a manager, who used to make the schedules, this 16 year old would get 50 hours which is going beyond labor laws, this store is always absolutely disgusting, the fryers are never cleaned so the food comes out looking burnt and overcooked, the dishpit smells like absolute garbage, there’s black mold in the freezer under the shelf, they finally fixed the hot water tank leak, the bathrooms are never cleaned, they fire people garbages are always overflowing the ice maker always leaks, they treat their employees like complete garbage, this store should be shut down because it is not up to health code there is an employee there that cusses out at customers and employees, and has walked out 5 times without any...
Read more4 orders and none of them were right, all were overcooked or undercooked. Had a guy on his first day with no training operating the register who clearly didn’t know what he was doing. Manager also told this guy that even though he was working over 6 hours he can only have a few minutes break or leave a few minutes early, no lunch break. Manager is screaming at workers and not doing any actual work to help. God knows what’s wrong with the workers too. One burger was undercooked, my buddies tenders were burnt while mine were undercooked. My brother’s chicken sandwich had no toppings at all not even sauce when he bought a deluxe. The ice machine and soda dispensers were all empty. There was bloody piss all over the urinals. Overall terrible experience and agreed upon the 4 of us that this was the worst McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had. Real shame because this location used to be great.
