Muscarella's Pizzeria Lancaster NY — Restaurant in Town of Lancaster

I stumbled upon this amazing pizzeria and was lucky to have gone in to get 2 slices. I was blown away at 1st it looked like a normal pizza the just okay pizza but boy oh boy was i wrong. The sauce the cheese the crust the crunch it was amazing. I would have gone back to get the rest of the pie if I was driving and not on a time crunch. My wife and I got a large pizza with pepperoni onion and peppers. Half of it was not cooked at all and the dough was raw. We called the following day since it was late. The manager told me they would return my wife’s call and never did. I followed up after 3 days and the manager did not apologize at all. The pizza was different but very good. It’s like they broiled the cheese on top. Only 3 stars because they charged me $1.01 for using my credit card. It’s 2022, everyone uses a credit card. You shouldn’t be charged for it or at least tell me about it so it’s not a secret. Very disappointing. Might not go back because of it. Lots of other options...
