Geared towards less active advanced aged members. The work out area is small and cramped. No one bothers to wipe down the sweat stained equipment. The TV in the "gym" always has some boring ancient show from the 1960s or earlier playing. Any of the classes that offer alternative exercise, which is only moderate exertion at best, charge a per class fee. Ping pong is the best exercise offered for people that are already fit. And the other activities offered are boring, such as bingo, trivia, cards and past history lectures. There is rarely any significant changes to the agenda. The pool room is usually deserted and arts and crafts is more fit for school children than adults.
