Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Le Ray

The food was very good. The service really sucked. Our waitress rarely came around to our table. I wanted a refill on my soda and they put the glass on the edge of the table. She walked by the table three separate times and never came to refill it. I waited and waited and finally I went up front to get the refill myself. While I was up there my waitress came up with a pile of dishes thrown on the counter and said f* this. I got the refill went back to my table. We ate our meal and when we were done we still sat there and waited and waited for her to bring boxes. She kept walking by our table and finally I looked at her and she came over and said what do you guys need. I told her boxes cup and our check. And she left. Again the waiting game began. I went to use the restroom and I told my boyfriend that if she didn't bring the Boxes by the time I came out I would go get them. Of course when I came back the boxes were not there and I had to go up to get the boxes. One of the other waitresses gave me the boxes and our waitress said she would bring me a cup. I went back put her pizzas in the boxes and sat there and waited again. We were debating about whether we should just leave because this was ridiculous by now leave the pizza. Leave the pizza leave the drink everything. But finally she brought the bill but no cup. So again I waited I said the heck with this we went up to pay the bill my boyfriend went out to the car I asked for another cup and I left no tip. I probably will not go back to Pizza Hut again! First of all let me say I NEVER right review s so for me to be doing so the service had to be bad. One thing I hate is spending my money with someone who has a nasty attitude. I did a call in order for devilery, I work from and hate going out at night while on shift! That's not their issue but this is, I called and instantly the woman who was taking my order had no type of concern or customer service for taking ANYONE'S order she was rude and never said proper things like sure, thank you, your welcome let's just say her tone all together was very unfriendly! I was going to ask to speak with a manager but seeing my break is short I just wanted to order my food and move on. However I couldn't shake her nasty attitude and hope someone see's this review and at least teaches her how to have some customer service! I know customer service can be hard for some people I work in it and know the frustrations it brings. But just because she does not like the job she's doing it or could be having a bad day does not mean you are rude to someone else who was completely nice EVER! I could have been rude back but I'm not an eye for eye type of person. I like Pizza Hut but the Employees could learn...

I would love to rate this particular establishment with zero stars. My husband and I love Pizza Hut food let me start there...however in all of the Pizza Huts we have visited we have never been treated as poorly as we were at the Evans Mills, NY Pizza Hut. When we ordered delivery our pepperoni lovers pizza arrived with not a single piece of pepperoni and our cheese stuffed garlic knots were actually not stuffed with anything. When I called to inform them of their mistake I had to call multiple times before anyone decided to answer the phone. Finally the phone was answered by the manager on duty. Unfortunately she must have skipped her customer service training, because I was rudely told that we did not receive pepperoni on our pepperoni lovers pizza because we asked for no pepperoni on...our...pepperoni...lovers...pizza.
