Amazing shop! Their number one concern is customer satisfaction. If your vape isn’t working properly the manager will most likely have it working in 5 minutes, as she is incredibly knowledgeable about her craft. If the vape you brought in is beyond repair they will help you find a better and more reliable mod or coil when you didn’t know a better existed. The atmosphere is very inviting. The best way I would describe it is that it’s a very “make yourself at home” kind of vibe. I can go there and find whatever I need whether I’m dealing with stress, PTSD, or just want to relax. Helped me stop smoking and they will not hesitate to find you a suitable aid to kick your habit. 10/10 would recommend any day...

Okay, so I want to start by the fact I have never been in here before, have not shopped here at all and will not shop here. My reason for this decision is souly based on the Owners response to a customer review about snow in the parking lot. If the owner is that sarcastic and rude on a review to a paying customer then I sure as heck am not shopping at his establishment. General lax and disregard for customers. Girl wasn’t very helpful, and seemed to not care at all about her job, and most of all didn’t care to follow her own companies posting about only allowing 1 person in the shop and no vaping inside the shop. Very disappointed with the professionalism of this store.
