I've been through this KFC three times now and all three times have been completely disappointed. I worked at a KFC when I was a teenager so I know it really isn't that complicated of a job. However, the employee's at this store have proven either to not care or just be mentally challenged. All three times I have ordered my meal (usually an 8 pc) they have forgotten part of my order (biscuits one time, a side the second, and the third time they forgot an addition to my order of three chicken strips). The chicken by far they served has not been held to the two hour standard (not sitting for more than 2 hours before serving). The chicken was dry and old. Looks as if it had been sitting for at least 4-6 hours. All and all I do not think I will be going back to this KFC in the near future. Thoroughly disappointed that the management does not do...
   Read moreWent here last night because we were really craving fried chicken. Thought we would give it another chance after a year of avoiding it due to a bad experience. Not much has changed. Crazy expensive for a bucket of dried out chicken. On the wings and legs the meat was like jerky it wasn't even edible so we stripped what we could and fed it to the dog. The breasts and thighs were dry but somewhat edible. Ranch and ketchup helped. We ordered crispy which is what we got but it was overkill. On some of the pieces it was all breading and very little chicken. We didn't expect much but considering it was dinner time when we ordered we definitely expected fresher chicken than that. What we received had definitely been sitting there for a few hours if not longer. Needless to say we won't be back...

Loud greeting that sounded like he was ready to take my order I started to give him my order and in a loud curt voice told me to hold on. I went in to talk with him, in front of several other customers and told him I didn't know what the disconnect was but that he was disrespectful & he proceeded to tell me that if I didn't understand me that was not his problem and promptly walk away. I asked the cashier who took my order after that for a complaint/grievance form & was told that there wasn't one & would have to call and complain.
