Great option for Christmas! While the ma po tofu isn’t the most authentic (lacking minced pork and a darker redder numbing sauce), everything still tastes fantastic, comes in plentiful sizes, and is very affordable. Plus their house special lo mein is the best I’ve ever had in GB area, with huge chunks of shrimp, pork, chicken and steak in it! Will definitely come back and explore the menu more.

We always have a good experience here. The only issue we ever face is wait times on weekends! I had to post a review tonight after we got our food and I realized the staff understood my sense of humor! I asked for my combo to be extra spicy and extra vegetables so my husband wouldn’t eat it! Hilarious!

Great food at a great price! One of the best Chinese stops in the Green Bay Area.

I love this place. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I tried except the Szechuan Ma Po Tofu, which was much less firm that I prefer. I mentioned this when picking up my latest order and she immediately recognized that I probably didn't like the "sliminess". She recommended the Szechuan Crispy Spicy Tofu, which I intend to try with my next order.

Other than the tofu, I enjoyed all of the following (not in any order):

Appetizers: The egg rolls (both the house and veggie egg roll) are great. The pan-fried dumplings and crabmeat rangoons are very good. The pepper salt chicken wings are INCREDIBLE. Spicy but delicious.

Pan Fried Noodle: The House Special Chow Mein is very good.

Chicken: The General Tso's Chicken is very good, but it doesn't really standout from similar offerings from elsewhere. The Cashew Chicken surprised me. My Dad ordered it while he was in town over Christmas, and I tried it. SO GOOD. It's now one of my favorites. Great veggies and lots of cashews. Very tasty.

Specials: SP2 - Szechuan Crispy Spicy Chicken - Incredible, but I think I'll try to order extra veggies the next time I order this. SP5 - Pepper Salt Fish Fillet - All of the "pepper salt" offerings are mind-blowingly good, but this is probably my favorite. I recommend eating it in the restaurant or immediately when you get home; it doesn't re-heat well. SP11 - Triple Delight with Szechuan Garlic Sauce - Too much sauce in my opinion but still very tasty. SP13 - Home Made Green Curry Chicken - Curry, that's Indian, right??? Surely a Chinese food place can't do this well. WRONG. It's INCREDIBLE. After I make it through the rest of the menu, I think I'll have a hard time ordering anything else (besides the pepper salt stuff). It has a wonderful blend of veggies and it's relatively hot (spicy) although I must admit I can't take too much heat. But this is wonderfully spicy. It makes me sweat in a great way. I don't want to turn off people who like heat since other items I've listed also have heat, but this is the only item I felt like mentioning. Chef Chen can do heat, and I'm sure you can ask to make it more or less hot depending on your taste. SP14 - Kung Pao Triple Delight - Great! Lots of everything, especially cashews. SP15 - Pepper Salt Shrimp - Another incredible "pepper salt" offering. The name "pepper salt" doesn't sound very appetizing to me, but I'm so glad I tried it.

Overall thoughts: The veggies are always super-fresh and cooked perfectly. Everything seems very well prepared. I'm by no means an expert in Chinese food (I don't even know the difference between Szechuan and Cantonese as advertised on the menu header) but this is by far the best Chinese food I've had in the Green Bay area. Very reasonable prices especially for the quantity you get. I try to avoid Chinese food due to the sodium, but it's really hard to avoid Chef Chen's because I like it so much. I can't wait to try everything on my list. (yes I have a list of everything I...

Let’s talk about Chef Chens. I have had a good relationship with Chens for months for both delivery and takeout. Today, I’ve had the single worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I ordered crab rangoons, steamed dumplings and two orders of sesame chicken. I get the same thing every time I order from Chef Chens, I have never deviated. The lady on the phone put me on hold multiple times- I understand. They are always busy, no big deal. Gave her my info and she said it would be an hour. I get the food and notice that they sent two orders of cashew chicken instead of the sesame chicken I asked for. I was a little peeved- I was hungry. I called assuming they would immediately rectify their mistake. I was told that, in fact, I HAD ordered the cashew chicken. I have never ordered cashew chicken in my life. When I told her this, she said asked if the woman who took my order read it back to me. She did no such thing! I was then told that the woman said herself that she read back my order. I was infuriated! This woman LIED about what she did to cover her own a**! I demanded they send me what I ordered and was hung up on. What a waste of money. I will go out of my way to avoid their business in the future,...

I have ordered from here many times and it's been good, but tonight was a very different experience. I called and ordered, they told me it was going to be 1 hour and 20 minutes. That didn't seem right so I asked if she was sure, She replied yes we're extremely busy tonight. I ordered my food at 6:15 and they called me at 7, which is 45 minutes later. They told me it was going to be done in 5 minutes, I explained to them that I was 20 minutes away and had expected my food to be done around 7:35. When I got to the restaurant and paid for my food, I feel the bag it is lukewarm but I didn't really care. I went home opened up the bag and the egg rolls where missing. I called to talk to the manager, and tell her that the egg rolls were missing and the food was cold. She told me I was lying to her about the food being cold and if I ran back to the restaurant she would give me my egg rolls. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I will never order from this restaurant again. PS just before I picked up my food there was a lady in front of me complaining about her order and they pretty much told her "too bad so sad." I should have walked out at...
