This is such a little hidden gem in Chaumont. Service is excellent and food is great. We usually go to Jacks Diner when we are in town since it’s closer to our place but it was shut down so we decided to give Lakers a try. Our neighbors told us it’s rebranded and under ownership, and it’s a nice spot to grab some brunch. Honestly, their egg Benedict with tomato/spinach is the best benny I’ve had in the recent few years. I live in the city and I always order egg Benedict but nothing I had recently that can beat this. The sauce is so creamy and the fresh tomatoes and spinach just blend right in! My husband order the Mother’s Day special prime ribs with eggs. He enjoyed it.
