Subway — Restaurant in Town of Lyons

Rude. Rude. Rude. I love Subway subs except the people who work here seem stressed 24/7. I recently called to see if they found my wallet, after it ringing for a minute straight I hung up. Tried again 10 minutes later. Same result. Repeat this process 4 times. On the 5th time somebody picked up, I was so excited, only to hear the click of someone hanging up on the other end. So anxiously I called back only to get the busy signal as if someone had unplugged the phone.

On a few occasions I’ve been in the store and they have gotten annoyed when the phone has rang. I’ve seen them pick up and hang up just to stop the ringing and they always say something about it.

If you aren’t going to answer the phone, DONT HAVE ONE! In all other regards I...

I wish I could give zero stars. I showed up at 6:45 today at Subway in Lyons, NY to get a sub. The door said they closed at 7. I started to get out of my car and the worker there purposely looked at me and locked the door as fast as she could. THE DOOR SAID CLOSES AT 7. I knocked on the door and said your door said you close at 7. She hid and wouldn’t let me come in. Prior to this when she was locking the door the customers leaving said, “right before we left she said she’s locking the door and she isn’t letting you in”... I won’t be going there ever again, and I am deeply upset that she did this! Hopefully I will be able to get ahold of corporate because clearly this employee doesn’t care about customer...

We try and support locally but unfortunately the staff does not know the menu. If you order a Philly it comes with American cheese but if you add fresh mozzarella they don't put the American on! It's a constant battle to get anything right. A a chicken bacon ranch and no bacon! How is it they don't know signature subs or they say we dont have a buffalo chicken sub its on the wall in store nothing new. Definitely not rocket science to make a sub. Its not just here but every place you go for something quick its just screwed up and they make decent money for a non labor intensive job plus oh tip us! So...
