My wife and I both had orders and both were not filled correctly. She paid an extra $3.00 for 50% more meatballs which were left off. And I ordered a breakfast sandwich on an Italian herb and cheese and they put it on a flat bread. Decided to leave a review after the third time order instructions weren't followed. I'm not sure what the solution is here. I'd say tell employees to slow down and thoroughly read what's on the order ticket, but every time I order I'm always waiting and extra 10-15 minutes past what the app tells me will be the latest pickup time.
