Mexico Subway — Restaurant in Town of Mexico

My wife and I both had orders and both were not filled correctly. She paid an extra $3.00 for 50% more meatballs which were left off. And I ordered a breakfast sandwich on an Italian herb and cheese and they put it on a flat bread. Decided to leave a review after the third time order instructions weren't followed. I'm not sure what the solution is here. I'd say tell employees to slow down and thoroughly read what's on the order ticket, but every time I order I'm always waiting and extra 10-15 minutes past what the app tells me will be the latest pickup time. Honestly we order her every couple weeks and we usually have a good experience. We typically order on the app and pick it up! There have been a few times where I send my husband and he orders our subs (and cookies). I have gotten the same sub since I was about 10. And it’s a weird combo.
