Paulanjo's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Mexico

Not pleased at all with this restaurant. While waiting for my pizza, I noticed the girl preparing another pizza for a customer without gloves on. I watched her go from touching the register to immediately making the pizza. Didn't wash her hands. When I asked her why she wasn't wearing gloves while handling all the toppings she told me "we put it in the oven and once it gets to a certain temperature it kills all the germs." Regardless, it looks unsanitary and looks bad to those who don't work in the restaurant business and don't know that a certain temperature kills germs. At least walk out of sight and pretend like you washed your hands while in the presence of customers. Once I received my pizzas the other employee told me they topped my garlic pizza with parmesan and cut it like bread sticks because they thought that's what I ordered, but not to worry it's still a garlic pizza. I asked, when I got home if it didn't taste good if they'd do anything about it? He said with attitude and pulling the pizzas out of my hand- "you know what I'll just make you all new pizzas, I did give you a medium instead of a small for the cheese pizza because of the mistake with the garlic pizza." I said I didn't have time for them to make me all new pizzas and that I would at least try it. I also thanked him for the medium cheese as he didn't have to do that. As I proceeded to leave he said to his co-worker "crazzzzy".

Once I got home the garlic pizza definitely tasted like bread sticks and not a garlic pizza. The cheese pizza was sub-par and the buffalo bites were not cooked at all. They were soggy, doughy and disgusting. Overall displeased and extremely disappointed with their customer service, sanitary practices, and quality of food.

Should have just made the trip the Pulaski and gone to the Paulanjo's there. They're always pleasant and food is...

We are VERY disappointed in Paulanjos pizza in Mexico! We ordered a large pizza and wings, extra extra crispy. After picking up our order and got home to eat we discovered that our wings were not only put in a styrofoam container, inside a tied off plastic bag but also wrapped air right in Saran Wrap! “Not sure who’s bright idea that was”, but we ended up with flavored rubber on a bone that we couldn’t even eat. We called them immediately and explained what happened. After what seemed to be five minutes of attitude and denial that they could even slightly mess “anything up” they finally said they’d give us free wings to replace the ones they messed up which was fine and worked for us. Well about a week and a half later we called to place an order and get our replacement wings, and that’s when we were told that we have a credit for $5.00 off! Now I’m not sure where these people went to school but the last time I checked, a dozen of wings that I paid $14.00 dollars for and couldn’t eat isn’t going to be replaced with a $5.00 credit! After even talking with manager on duty and explaining what happened, we were still told “that’s all they could do”! “Definitely not all they could do, and we will never be ordering from...

The food is good, but I called because when I got home I noticed they gave me a salad instead of a sub so I called and the guy told me that he took my order and knew I said salad and I said that I told him I wanted lettuce on it why would I ask for lettuce on a salad?! He said I would have to purchase it if I wanted one and I said no because that is what I wanted in the first place. He refused to make me one. Sometimes it’s not worth arguing with customers and just give them what they should have gotten if you want to keep customers coming back. This does not make me want to order...
