House of Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Moreau

I was very excited to try this pizza place as I have not tried it yet. After picking up our food and proceeding to unload it we realized we were missing items as we had double orders of some food but never received them. The price comparatively to other pizza places around was quite high. After trying the pizza we were immediately disappointed in that, the dough tasted frozen, much like the other food. However, almost frozen to the point where it was practically inedible and dry and yet was not over cooked in the slightest bit. We ended up calling and asking for a slight reimbursement only for the man on the phone (whom we believe is the owner); to yell and ask if we were crazy for feeling as if the dough tasted frozen burnt. We then asked to be refunded for the items that we did not receive and asked if we would be able to get a receipt as one was not offered to us. The man on the phone absolutely refused. Who really cares that a building is not updated? Millennials! - Right! Pizza too greasy?... hmm? Don’t know much about great pizza. It’s some of the best, that is if you have tastebuds. I realize Pizza Hut diners & other chain pizza eaters struggle with eating authentic style pizza. After all... pizza is a Greek food, as is the owner of House of Pizza. Been loving their pizza since 1980. I’ve eaten at more than, at least, 300 pizza shops around the country. Found many good & great pies, as well as not so good to disgusting pies. HoP is at the top of the good to the bottom of the great pizza. Fold the crust & put a napkin in your palm if you can’t handle a little grease. So I called to place an order for dinner for myself and my daughter (6 y/o) for delivery. I attempted to look up the menu online, I found the same menu on google and on their Facebook page. I figured out what we wanted to eat, chicken tenders/fries, wings, and a tossed salad. I went according to the prices on their menus online. I place my order and am told my total is $39.90, I ask the gentleman why the total is so high. He explains that they have nothing to do with their Facebook page.
