5 weeks into it, 6 contractors and 4 cabinet stores later, still not knowing what to do and not feeling comfortable, we found Rick at Best Appliance. He showed up 2 days later to see what we had. He spent two hours that night explaining the ins and outs of kitchen cabinets, and recommended what he believed would be the best fit for our new Kitchen. He answered every question we had, everything he said made perfect sense. Terrible! One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They are rude, and they really don’t care about your concerns. Had an issue with an appliance and they never showed up when they said they would. Every time I get an attitude from someone and when I ask that my appliance gets fixed or get a new one, I’m told “don’t be demanding”. I will never do business with this...
