Overall it’s okay. Convenient location between Albany Hudson Electric Trail and Donald P Sutherland Elementary School in Nassau, NY. Generous portion sizes at reasonable prices. My flurry with Oreos and marshmallow was good. My wife did not like her vegan soft serve due to taste, it had a lack of flavor, and neither did the peanut butter hard shell. There’s only three picnic tables which were full when we arrived. An old man in a fold up chair will yell at you if you sit on any of the walls. There’s two bike racks right by the bike path. Car parking is off of an alley way on the east side of the building. The interior is closed to the public, so you may only order from the outdoor window. There is no cover in the event of rain. Whenever I visit my parents for dinner at their house, we make the trip to Smiles.

Great soft serve! My favorite is when they have the Strawberry Rhubarb Sundae special, omfg, it is heavenly with the soft serve vanilla.

They also have frozen yogurt, usually one or two flavors that change weekly.

So many toppings to choose, too! I love getting vanilla soft serve with pretzels, peanuts, and butterscotch, thats my usual-- but there are so many other toppings to pick from! 12/10 would recommend...

I feel this is such a great place to get ice cream. Me personally, I absolutely love small "mom n pop" businesses. And I am sure this one will grow. I often get their ice cream in a dish for my parents when I visit them, as well as 1 for myself. Lol. I love it. People working the window have always been very polite and courteous.
