Panera Bread — Restaurant in Town of New Baltimore

Location is a to-go location. Ordered online for pickup, arrived and didn’t see my name show on the screen yet. Large signs everywhere saying to order on the app and online to skip the line, I think great, we did that. There was also a line of customers ordering via the kiosk so I thought we did exactly what the branded sign suggested. Until I realized that if you ordered at the kiosk, your food was coming faster. I placed the order at 12:56pm and received it at 1:52pm. The ticket taped on the bag said 1:16pm. My order was wrong- I didn’t chose a custom item, I picked a sandwich off the menu that said cheddar cheese and it was American, then it said it had avocado on it, and there were two pieces less than a quarter inch in size on the sandwich. Terrible location, would recommend the other restaurants in this rest stop as you will get your food faster. This place is so bad it’s almost comical…if I wasn’t starving. I already don’t like Panera but there were only 3 orders on the screen. So, I gave it a shot and I regretted it immensely. Took an HOUR for glorified expensive hospital food but then it was all wrong. First, no soup. Okay, no biggie! Then my salad was wrong…okay..ask for a new salad and they are attitudy Judy and remakes it, after another ten minutes. This is the worst Panera service I have ever had. I am a sip-club member and frequent the Panera's near my home. We stopped here on our way home from a day trip and the experience delayed our trip by 40 minutes. They were out of almost every beverage and bakery item. I placed my order on the app. Several people who's orders were after me got their hot meals before I got my simple cookie and drink. There was no urgency to serve anyone.
